Scope and controller

Ayamen Real Estate is responsible for the personal data described in this policy when you use this website or contact us through it. This policy is intended to provide clear information before personal data is collected and should be read together with any specific notice shown at the point of collection.

The website is intended for people interested in Ayamen, its residential projects, partnerships, careers and related enquiries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

02

Personal data we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, phone number and email address.
  • Your message, enquiry type, project interest, preferred residence, brochure request or appointment request.
  • Information included in partnership, careers or general communications.
  • Consent choices and any information you provide when exercising a privacy right.

Information collected through website operation

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, security events and basic diagnostic logs. The site may also store essential preferences needed for language, consent, forms and page operation.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through the public website. Please do not include sensitive information in a general enquiry unless it is necessary and specifically requested.

03

Why and how we use personal data

  • To respond to enquiries and provide requested project or company information.
  • To arrange calls, appointments, brochures and follow-up communication.
  • To manage partnership, supplier, media, careers and general requests.
  • To maintain website security, prevent misuse, diagnose technical issues and improve usability.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

Processing is based on your consent where consent is required, on steps requested by you before entering into an arrangement, on Ayamen's legitimate operational interests where permitted, or on a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Ayamen does not sell personal data. We do not use information submitted through an enquiry form for unrelated advertising without an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, your consent.

04

Sharing and international transfers

Personal data may be shared only where necessary with authorised Ayamen personnel and service providers that support website hosting, cybersecurity, communications, form delivery, customer relationship management, professional advice or business operations. These parties must handle data only for the authorised purpose and with suitable confidentiality and security safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, a competent authority, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Ayamen, its customers or others.

Where a service involves processing outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ayamen will use the transfer mechanisms, assessments and safeguards required by applicable Saudi data-protection rules.

05

Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve enquiries or disputes, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. Data is then securely deleted, anonymised or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.

Ayamen applies reasonable organisational, administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so users should avoid sending unnecessary confidential information through public forms.

06

Your privacy rights

Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing rules, you may have the right to:

  • Be informed about the legal basis, purpose and methods of processing.
  • Access your personal data and request a readable copy.
  • Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate data.
  • Request destruction of personal data when the applicable conditions are met.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Raise a complaint with Ayamen and, where applicable, the competent Saudi authority.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Certain rights may be limited where retention or processing is required by law or another valid legal basis.
